Manchester United striker, Marcus Rashford has sparked reconciliation rumours with former fiancée Lucia Loi after they were spotted out together on a date night last week.
The England star, 26, is said to have booked out a restaurant in Manchester for a romantic evening with Lucia.
Their first joint appearance since their break-up has sparked speculation that the former couple are giving things another shot.
According to The Sun, Marcus hired out the cellar of a French wine bar that seats up to 18 people for his evening with Lucia, also 26.
There was clearly no expense spared for the lavish night out, as bottles of champagne at the bar apparently sell for £950.
A source said: ‘They were there for hours laughing and joking. It’s a very nice place and he booked the whole of it for just the two of them. He couldn’t stop smiling.’
The couple, who met and began dating at school, called off their engagement earlier this year.
Since they seemingly reunited Lucia has not been seen wearing the engagement ring Marcus used to propose to her with.
It was reported in June that they had split two months before after Marcus was pictured enjoying the single life in Miami.
He was pictured at the time returning to his hotel at 5am alongside a female personal trainer after partying together.
While in Miami it was claimed he had an exclusive cabana with private five-star hospitality service.
He is said to have chatted to the girls while enjoying champagne and food which was delivered to his table.
An onlooker told the publication: ‘Pretty girls were flocking to Marcus at the hotel.’
Marcus was also spotted relaxing on a yacht in Ibiza with a bevvy of bikini-clad beauties during a pre-season trip to the island with his team.
The England footballer got engaged in May last year but according to a source ‘the relationship ran its course’, with the pair remaining ‘very close friends’.
A source has told MailOnline of the split: ‘Marcus and Lucia haven’t been together for a number of months. It’s nothing complicated; the relationship ran its course and they remain very close friends, and have a lot of mutual respect for one another.’
‘Marcus is laser-focused on the next phase of his football career and is putting all of his focus in to that. He is about to come back to the UK after a successful trip coaching kids in Miami, and heads to England’s training camp this week.’
