Multiple Award gospel reggae Powerhouse Righteousman has wittingly or unwittingly become a leading light in the Nigeria gospel reggae music scene and a foremost social crusader.
The Goodnews bearer is working tirelessly to drop his fourth single (Video) before the year runs out. January 1st, Righteousman kicked off the year on a sterling note with the song FIRE BURN. A song dedicated to people who only see your GLORY but do not know your STORY. On May 19th, the Righteous one lent his conscious voice in the struggle to eradicate hard drugs and cultism in our land by releasing another single (video) WISE UP.
In today’s world where the value system has been completely eroded. Where society and parents alike are continually losing grip in the fight to save the youth from their self-destructive path. In a world where drugs, sex, and violence hold sway. Where the media’s celebration of negativity over positivism has become the norm. It is refreshing and heartwarming to see the Captain of the FISHERS OF MEN CREW still keep his head up in spite of the overwhelming odds.
The Eight day in the month of September which happened to be his bornday witnessed the grand premiere of the third single (video) titled, I AM SOMEBODY featuring Gospel reggae giant Buchi. It was a massive turnout that had the who and who in Nigeria Gospel Music scene on stage. He tagged it “Righteousman Birthday Bash – The Thanksgiving Dance”. The likes of Buchi, Mike Abdul, Wole Oni, Carol Cee, Joe Praize, Testimony Jaga, Orits Wiliki, Big Bob, The Pillars, E’Davids, Amos Mcroy, Joan Paul, Agent Snypa, Covenant Child, Dj Gosporella, Obus Zalee, Hugo Bros, and many others came out strong to Shut down Kulture Yard.
Top Entertainment giants like Chairman of COSON Chief Tony Okoroji, Keppy Ekpeyong, Muma Gee, Felix Duke, Dj Humility just to mention a few were not left out. This time around the President and founder of PRAISE AFFAIRS INTERNATIONAL is Collaborating with HEAVENLY GATE MINISTRIES to release his fourth single (video) Title (withheld) on December 17th. The song is timely and far different from what Righteousman is known for. This year will experience a new song of Praise from the throne of Grace. #WORKINPROGRESS. Stay Tuned!

Queen Petite – Ikapiano Pop
Multi-hyphenate artist, selector, and creative director Queen Petite is ushering in a bold, uninhibited era for global African music with the release of her brand-new single and self-engineered genre movement, “Ikapiano Pop.” Marking her second major genre innovation following her pioneering creation of Dembowpiano, the Nigeria-London based powerhouse continues to push global dancefloors into uncharted territory off the momentum of her standout projects PETITENESS and REBEL BLACK SHEEP.
Guided by her background behind the decks, Queen Petite’s work is driven by an instinctual command of room energy, seamless transitions, and dancefloor mechanics. Ikapiano Pop stands as a textured, high-octane fusion that layers trunk-rattling Miami basslines and crisp hip-hop drums over the hypnotic, swinging log-drums of Afropiano. Grounding this international production is her native heritage: the vocals are written and performed entirely in the Ika dialect, native to the South-South region of Nigeria, proving that raw, local storytelling holds universal cross-border appeal.
“Creating new sounds is second nature to me—first with Dembowpiano, and now stepping into my second genre creation with IKAPIANO POP,” states Queen Petite. “I didn’t start with an existing box and add my name to it; I built the blueprint from scratch. Being a DJ taught me how to read energy, and I wanted to construct something that feels incredible whether you’re listening in headphones or in a packed arena. It brings together my African identity, global influences, and pop accessibility so people feel free, confident, and unstoppable.”
Captured during an intense burst of inspiration, the track was recorded at London’s Hot Money Studios alongside engineer Patrick, with Queen Petite personally directing her Nigerian producer over the phone to execute the exact rhythmic blueprint in her mind. More than just a single release, Ikapiano Pop represents a long-term global movement set to anchor her upcoming DJ sets and live performances across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Described in three words as Free, Vibrant, and Unstoppable, “Ikapiano Pop” is available now on all major streaming platforms.
