Multi-Talented Disc Jokey Akeem Olarenwaju Adisa widely known as DJ Sidez says performing at OLIC Concert and Lagos Carnival would be a great achievement for him. In a chat with CEO Exclusiveclue (Abayomi Adekunle), DJ Sidez shared all the facts people need to know about him. The versatile DJ whose Oshozondi song featuring popular street sensations Slimcase and Masta T received massive airplay and downloads also included that 2017 has been the best year for him so far.
Please tell us a little about yourself?
I’m Akeem Olarenwaju Adisa popularly known as Dj Sidez, I was born and brought up in Ajegunle and I’m from Kwara State. I attended Victoria international School at Jakande Okoko, then attended Ajangbadi High School in Okoko.
How did your career as a DJ begin?
I started My career as Dj in the year 2015 and it has been good so far. Thanks are to God.
What is one track that never gets old for you no matter how many times you mix/hear it?
Reminisce Kako bii chicken, 9ice party rider.

Who do you aspire to and who influenced you the most?
I aspired to be like Dj Neptune, and Dj Baddo influenced me the most.
What festival/concert would you most like to play at?
Olic by Olamide, and Lagos carnival.
What is one mistake you see a lot of fast rising DJs making? and What advice would you give to aspiring DJs?
Most of the DJs don’t believe in what they’re capable of, they don’t believe in their self forgetting that the DJs up there ain’t better them,and my advice to them is they should keep doing what they believe on no matter the challenges because the road to success is not that easy without facing some obstacles.

Play, pause, and cue buttons.
This is your fourth year of being a DJ, which year would you say is/was the best for you?
So far so good, all the years have been good, but I’ll single out 2017.
