Opinion: Stakeholders as the hyenas in destructive Opinions

Published

on

We have witnessed events including the Gelede masquerading the market square, but how significant is the count of the masses’ voices echoed in the opinion moulder, let call a sword an object of destruction to make a clarification cypher.
In 2019, the hunter becomes hunted not because theirs no bullet in the gun but greediness of shooting the right direction, several events have happened in the PDP party but 2019 is the most shocking ever and if care is not taken such will repeat itself come 2023.
Critically, all hands have to be on the desk in choosing masses choice of accepted candidates before razing the bar.
The consensus acceptance of Sen. Rafiu Ibrahim remains the best decision so far and this alone has weakened the decision of other parties in the block of who’s best and right to fight the game of victory.
This has to repeat itself in choosing who will represent Ekiti/Oke Ero/Isin/Irepodun federal constituency. An event that happens less than 24hrs ago has created a disparity in the party when the aspirant submit the readiness to work with a selected individual and the stakeholders are defending irrationality of the highest order because of the peanut servicing their greedy pocket by unwanted aspirant from the region.
The stakeholder claims peg on the last election expenditure of a candidate and the rewarding template they want to adopt is to give him another chance when other individuals in the party are ready to team up with a reliable and saleable candidate to get the wrong right.
The major concern of the PDP bonafide member is to get the wrong right without sentiment which is the developmental strategy adopted.
We’ve come far to understand many in the party are only running for their pockets by defending false and vulnerability.
I write with the conviction of the reality and believe the appropriate judge will have justice against the abnormality.
