Nigerian Gay Rights Activist, Bisi Alimi, Shares Throwback Video of Labor Party Vice Presidential Candidate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, Calling For The Killing of LGBTQ Members
Nigerian gay rights activist, Bisi Alimi, has shared a throwback video of Labour party Vice Presidential candidate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, calling for the killing of LGBTQ members.
Yusuf was a member of the Senate when the Anti-gay Bill was deliberated and passed in 2014. He was one of those who spoke in favor of the bill that was assented to by President Jonathan in January 2014.
During the plenary, Yusuf was filmed saying ”Actually such elements in the society should be killed”.
While posting the throwback video on Twitter, Bisi wrote;
”This is the potential Vice President of Nigeria, he is in record here advocating that “such elements should be killed”, the elements he mentioned in the video are LGBTQI people. We need to talk about this.
One thing is to have ideological difference and express that, another is to call for the killing of fellow humans. I am giving the @PeterObi and @NgLabour the chance to make a statement on this… not that we will ever get any”

Josh2Funny’s Album Has Fans Talking — But Should He Stick To Music Or Skits? 😂🎶
Nigerian comedian and content creator Josh2Funny has taken his comedy game into music, and Nigerians are definitely having something to say about it.
The comedian released his 15-track album, “On Behalf of Josh,” on July 10, 2026, but instead of fading away after release, the project has continued to generate conversations on X.
And the big question now is:
Should Josh2Funny continue with music or go back to skits? 😂
Fans have been divided. While some listeners openly criticized the album and told him to return to comedy, others found songs they genuinely enjoyed.
