GLOxTheVillageHeadmaster Episode 45… A Broken Heart

Published

on

Beneath every rumor is an atom of truth, but are we truly prepared to face this truth? Brace yourself for a thrilling ride as the Glo-sponsored drama series, The Village Headmaster, enters its 45th episode.

Ese’s curiosity is sparked as she walks in on the conversation between Tega and Folake. The tail end of the conversation she interrupted hinted at the growing romance between Prince Adeniyi and Princess Adenike. This isn’t the first time she has heard this rumor and she is determined to uncover the truth and put an end to the rumors. She decided to confront the Prince, but met with a shocking revelation. The rumors were true! But as the truth sinks in, Ese is left with even more questions. How could a love that seemed so solid, crumble in the blink of an eye? Is it really possible for a love that was built with so much passion and effort disintegrate so quickly?

Ese’s luck seems to be going from bad to worse and just when she thought the day couldn’t get any worse, she witnessed the arrest of Izu, the self-proclaimed “Izu International”. Why was she really concerned about Izu’s arrest? Was she already contemplating accepting Izu’s proposal, especially with the current state of her relationship with Prince Adeniyi? Could Izu’s shady financial dealings have led to his arrest or did his obsession with women finally put him in trouble?

Meanwhile the Queen is worried about her son’s growing romance with Princess Adenike and shares her concerns with Kabiyesi. She suspects that the Prince might be under a spell but Kabiyesi dismisses her worries and blames their son’s actions on youthful exuberance and nothing more. But is it really just youthful exuberance at play here? Or could there be more to this story?

Chief Dagbolu and Kabiyesi receive unexpected news concerning the mast installment project. The court has declared that there will be no need for a hearing, as the land in question belongs to the State Government and not Chief Dagbolu. This is a win-win news for Kabiyesi and the people of Oja Village. But for Chief Dagbolu, this was a crushing defeat as he had already made plans for the settlement money he had hoped to win in court. Will Chief Dagbolu willingly accept defeat or will he fight tooth and nail to salvage what he can from the situation?

A little extra; It seems like Princess Adenike desires much more than Prince Adeniyi’s affections. But what more could she want from him? Is she truly in love with the Prince or is he just a pun in her game and a means to an end?
