Dablin Jidrek – Energy

We present to you the recently recorded song by the phenomenal and promising Nigerian singer Dablin Jidrek, titled “Energy” which is now out on all digital platforms.

Energy is a song inspired mostly by the attention garnered by the young musician’s previous song “Ghetto Boy”. The emotions, thoughts, vibes, appreciation, inspiration and even the subtle criticisms that accompanied the release of “Ghetto Boy” filled the talented singer with such enthusiasm and motivation. This was how the birth of “Energy” happened. Still reeling from all the feelings that came with the release of a ghetto boy, he walked into the studio and produced a song about how he felt.

“Energy” is a song that encompasses the singer’s strength and vitality towards hustling, and therefore is an extension of the courage and vigor of every young Nigerian who finds themselves in Dablin Jidrek’s shoes.

Some lines stand out in this expository and entertaining song. For instance, the lines:

“I’ve left all my worries; I’ve faced all my fears”

is a testament to the singer’s courage and zeal to only pursue positive vibes and chase the bag. The sound of this song was intelligently produced . One can almost feel the energy of the singer by just paying apt attention to his unique voice and powerful lyrics.

Produced by an icon who has worked with the likes of Mayorkun, Reekado Banks and other A-list artistes, the sound is nothing short of excellent. This song is perfect for the season as there is so much energy flying around in preparation for the festivities.
