First Aqua Initiative Launching and Dedication
All glory be to God for the success of the life changing events that took place in the capital city of Kwara State on the 27th & 28th May, 2017, its First Aqua Initiative (FAI) launching and dedication program. FAI Is a platform targeted at the African children to ensure every child lives right.
On the 27th May, 2017 the team organized an orphanage tour which was in two phase.
PHASE 1
Visit to Hope Orphanage in Idofian, Kwara State… where the team went to celebrate children’s day with the kids and the initiative as well gave its little quota in kind to the children.
PHASE 2
Here, the team went in collaboration with AB WEARS, ONE AFRICAN CHILD where we went to the Kwara State Motherless Babies Home at Pipeline in Ilorin, Kwara state to cloth the less privileged… There we were talked about the different categories of the children in the home, where we assured the management we will do our best to continually visit the kids.
It was a great one as the aim and objectives of the initiative was met.
The grand finale which took place at 66 Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Ilorin, Kwara State at First Ecwa English Section.

- Religious leaders
- Rep. Of media houses- KWTV, Herald Newspaper
It was such a memorable event as the people people in attendance was talked on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) delivered by AKANDE, Oladoyin – Director FAI and also the One African Child (Kwara) took the keynote message and the whole congregation was enlightened about the Education Sustainable Devopment (ESD).
I must confess it was a wrap and to God be the glory for such initiative established in Kwara State.
On a final note … This initiative is open for partnership as ready to give its best back to the society.
